Although is more commonplace for a caravan park operator to own the freehold in the site, it might be the case that you propose to rent or lease the property from someone else. If this is the case, enter in your cash flow forecast the amount of rent you will have to pay in the months in which you will have to pay it.

- how frequently the rent will be reviewed
- how long the lease runs for
