Enter in your cash flow forecast any payments that the business will make that have not been covered elsewhere. This might be, for example:
- payments to a snooker and pool table servicing and repair company
- payments for the club's snooker or pool teams to enter competitions
- payments to contract caterers. If you hire out the club for corporate functions, you may not always be able to cope with their catering requirements and would need to engage someone else
As with the other items in the cash flow, enter the amounts in the months when you expect to pay them.
