Enter in your cash flow forecast any payments that the business will make that might not have been covered elsewhere in the cash flow. This might be, for example:
- payment to an external rod repairer. You may decide to offer rod repair services to your customers but rather than deal with them yourself in-house, send them to a specialist
- fees payable to a buying group, if you decide to join one
- eBay or Amazon partner fees if you sell goods in this way
As with other items in the cash flow you should enter the amounts in the months you expect to pay them.
